** Update** : received two quotes to correct the paint to the way it was before this carwash, Tesla service center wanted $3200 to two-step and correct all of the damage to the clearcoat PPF and carbon parts on the car. Went to another detailer in Forest Virginia (Twenty20) and they quoted me $1800 and I trust them so I’m probably gonna have to do that. That being said a $12 car wash just to get the salt off my car ….destroyed my clearcoat definitely not worth any money saved….I’ve been to all sorts of car washes around Lynchburg and this is the first time my paint has been damaged so extensively. ** I thought this was going to be a gentle car wash, but the brushes or whatever they use are incredibly aggressive, so if you have a car that has delicate paint or a luxury vehicle, I would not recommend I pulled in with a mirror finish car that had some salt on it, I pulled out with hundreds and thousands of swirl marks all over my paint if it would’ve been truly touchless five stars but now I have to figure out a way to polish my car up and get rid of the thousands of hair line marks that the brushes is put into my paint… this car I use for car shows, and now with these hundreds of hai

Went here today and this is how my vehicle was left. Car wash stop working during wash… Update spoke with owner and he took care of my wash for me very respectful but come to find out ball hitch caused the stoppage of wash

Giving this a 4 out of 5 star reviews for 2 main reasons. 1) The value really is not that great when you have to pay for a single wash, if you do like to wash your car frequently, the monthly subscription is absolutely a good value. But for people who only go once a month or so, it's really not a good deal. 2) The second reason is because the dryer function at the end is not very powerful at all. And I know for many people, this doesn't matter, but when I pay as much as it costs for the car wash, I expect to leave with my car pretty dry. Simply put, it's no good if I'll be picking up all the dirt particles from the air on my wet car as soon as I pull away. However, those 2 things aside, the car wash was otherwise really well done. It's a well maintained facility. It's accessible during cold weather because it has a heated bay and the smell is quite pleasant. No sign of mold or mildew.

Having lived in multiple states that have businesses who offer self-serve dog wash facilities I was very disappointed in this one though ecstatic that i finally found one at all here in VA.The dog wash machine will accept cash or credit card. You get a 10 min shot at washing and drying your dog and then the machine cuts off and you have to pay up again if not done. Aside from what you can select on the machine of various shampoos, rinse or blow dry, nothing else is provided. No towels, aprons, brushes, trash can, or tying lead. The ramp for larger dogs to walk up is very steep and my geriatric 75lb dog could not navigate it. Luckily I carry my own ramp and we used that. Also their ramp is fixed and doesn't retract so it was in the way the whole time. The water pressure is very low when someone is using the car wash, the blow dryer only blows cold air, and the drain was clogged so my dog was standing in 2 inches of water. All in all we accomplished our mission and will know better next time what to expect.

I paid 14.00 for a bad wash. I parked near a tree and got spots on my hood and rain splashed mud up on my tire neither came clean.
